Wedding Celebration at Rural Hill Farm in Spring

We want your wedding to be less stress and more enjoyment for you and your guests, so we offer you weekend wedding packages. This allows you ample time for all your activities!

You will have the property for your use: Thurs-Sat, Fri-Sun, or Sat-Mon – depending on the day of the wedding.

We also offer Weekday and Sunday wedding packages. For weekend weddings, your package includes access and use of the property/venue for the following times:

Day before the Wedding:
Noon till 10:00 PM – decorating, setup, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner
Wedding Day:
8:00AM – 11:00PM – final decoration, setup, wedding and reception
Day after the Wedding:
7:00AM till 11:00AM – breakdown, decoration removal and final cleanup

The gates will be open and doors unlocked at the designated rental times. Early arrivals or late departures outside of the contracted time may be requested and if available will result in additional charges of $50.00 per hour.

Fees

A Refundable Security/Damage deposit will be collected for any buildings used: Refundable deposit of $300.00 for the Pavilion Package and $500.00 for the Pavilion and Lodging Package. Security/Damage deposits are refunded within 7-10 days of event following checkout/cleanup inspection.
