The Day Before
Noon till 10:00 PM: Decorating, Setup, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner
Wedding Day
8:00AM – 11:00PM: Final Decoration, Setup, Wedding & Reception
The Day After
7:00AM till 11:00AM: Breakdown, Decoration Removal & Final Cleanup

The gates will be open and doors unlocked at the designated rental times.
Early arrivals or late departures outside of the contracted time may be requested and, if available, will result in additional charges of only $50.00 per hour.

Fees

A Refundable Security/Damage deposit will be collected for any buildings used. A refundable deposit of $300.00 for the Pavilion Package and $500.00 for the Pavilion and Lodging Package. Security/Damage deposits are refunded within 7-10 days of the event following checkout/cleanup inspection.
