Our Packages
Less stress and more enjoyment
We want your wedding to be less stress and more enjoyment, so we offer you weekend wedding packages. This allows you ample time for all your activities.
You will have the property for your use: (Thurs-Sat, Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon depending on the day of the wedding. We also offer Weekday and Sunday wedding packages. For weekend weddings, your package includes access and use of the property/venue for the following times:
Day before the Wedding:
Noon till 10:00 PM – decorating, setup, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner
Wedding Day:
8:00AM – 11:00PM – final decoration, setup, wedding and reception
Day after the Wedding:
7:00AM till 11:00AM – breakdown, decoration removal and final cleanup
The gates will be open and doors unlocked at the designated rental times. Early arrivals or late departures outside of the contracted time may be requested and if available will result in additional charges of $50.00 per hour.

Fees
A Refundable Security/Damage deposit will be collected for any buildings used: Refundable deposit of $300.00 for the Pavilion Package and $500.00 for the Pavilion and Lodging Package. Security/Damage deposits are refunded within 7-10 days of event following checkout/cleanup inspection.
Events Package
Family Reunions, Corporate Events, Graduation Parties and more!
For a day of rental that includes use of the event space, caterer kitchen, restroom and storage room (no bridal suite or groom suite) from 9am to 11 pm and tables and chairs for 150 guests. Cabins can be added to the event at the nightly cabin rate. Contact us through our contact form or call us for a quote.
