Located in Mt. Juliet, Rural Hill Farm offers a beautiful and convenient location for your next event! Close to Nashville and surrounding areas, six miles from Providence Mall. The property consists of over 150 acres of beautiful scenery along with a stocked pond.
The 5500+ SF pavilion offers plenty of covered space for your event and includes catering/food prep room. There is an additional 825 SF party pad/stage for your use. Property use includes pond area as well as pavilion area.
Pavilion Rental Fees:
- 15% taxes/fees added to rental costs.
- Refundable security damage deposits of $300.00 for pavilion use and $100.00 per each lodging unit.
- Max security deposit of $500.00 if lodging included as a package.

All set up, decorating and cleaning is to be completed in your rented block of time. Additional hours for decorating or cleaning can be added on at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the renter or can be added on
for $300.00 fee. Renter would still be responsible for removing decorations and bagging trash.
Cabin Rental Fees:
All units have flat screen TVs, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, two burner hot plate, pots, pans, dishes, linens, hair dryer, coffee pot, iron/board. Large chalet has full kitchen. 2 night minimum is required or an additional $25.00 fee incurred on an one night rental.
- Cabins (3) – $150.00/night – plus tax and cleaning fee.
- Small Chalet (1) – $175.00/night – plus tax and cleaning fee.
- Large Chalet (1)– $300.00/night – plus tax and cleaning fee.
- Bunkhouse (1) – $250.00 per night – (Rental of bunkhouse is at the discretion of the bridal couple)
- Tent Camping – $20.00/night/tent (In designated areas with access to pavilion restrooms)
Cabin rentals are subject to availability if not booked as package or at time of contract. Minimum of 2 nights stay or $25.00 turn fee added for any one night stay.
